Cactus, rock , and succulent garden for my dear friends @eliotdb + @schmadeline at their home in La Playita, BCS.

Madeline and Eliot got married last November, and had their alter covered in beautiful pottery and desert plants❤️

Today those plants are in the ground. I am blessed to be able to watch these plants grow and flourish as a symbol Eliot and Madeline’s love, and the love they bring to the lives of those around them.

This saguaro was standing in the middle of our clients future Swimming pool: We successfully transplanted this beauty to the front yard xeriscape, where it can grow and thrive for decades!

Designed by world-renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright as one of his final public commissions, and completed by Wright’s apprentice, William Wesley Peters, Gammage Memorial Auditorium is one of the largest exhibitors of performing arts among university venues worldwide.

While Wright and his cohort likely would have preferred olives and Italian cypress trees, we think Gammage looks even better with these native Arizona Saguaros planted along the Mill Avenue/Apache Boulevard Curve.
