Warranty Claims

Everything we deliver and plant carries a 1- year, half-price replacement warranty. If your plant dies due to disease, pests, or weather related issues we will replace it with a fresh healthy specimen for half of the original cost.

A 2 year extended warranty is available for $100/ per plant

If your plant is struggling, please submit the warranty claim form on this page. Make sure to include your original order # and planting date, and we will reach out ASAP to schedule a replacement planting.
